Dr. Koh and her team are treating my tinnitus caused probably by a covid booster shot. The ladies in the office do excellent job also they called me back couple times to make sure of the information and appointments. I Also did the hearing test the technician is extremely professional and made my experience fun. Dr. Koh diagnostic are in place and I am already getting better.

I had a blocked ear and Dr Voorman carefully removed the wax. I can hear again and no pain!!! He was super nice and easy to talk to, answering all of my questions.

I also had a hearing test just to make sure everything was okay, and the nurse/technician also had a great bedside manner. Overall it was a great experience, highly recommend.

Being a new patient the wait time for seeing the doctor was not that bad, I believed I had to wait about three weeks. I was instructed exactly how to proceed with the new patient paperwork and rules of safety, the office takes Covid-19 serious and masks were enforced, the office also limited the patient’s waiting in the waiting room.The office is easy to get to, parking was easy as well. The receptionist were nice when checking in and out and the nurses are kind, some more friendly than others. The doctors (I had to see two) were both polite and professional and they both were excellent listeners, they both explained what was going on with me throughly and I was able to understand exactly what they were telling me. My exams by both doctors were done with me feeling like I was involved in the process and the directions were easy to follow..There office was clean and the equipment was up to date. Rescheduling future appointments have never been a problem and all communication with the doctors and staff have been easy and professional. I would recommend the doctors and office.

He recommended to do a hearing test to verify no hearing loss/damage. Audiologist Lam was very mindful, sweet and informative. As anxious as I was in that sound proof test room, she made the experience comfortable.

I just had my first appt. with Dr. Wareham. Excellent experience! He is friendly, asks lots of questions and did a super thorough job getting to know my situation, even transcribing in front of me. I had a unique condition other ENTs were unfamiliar with that Dr. Wareham understood immediately and gave me a course of action. Great location off the 101 fwy, lots of free parking as well. My wife’s hearing aid was not working and the audiologist in Simi was not available so they got her in to the audiologist in TO. Found blood in her ear and they got her in to the doctor immediately. Turned out her ear was ok and they replaced her hearing aids (Lyriq brand) and scheduled a follow up appointment. Absolutely the best service and care from West Coast ENT!

I had a pressing concern and the staff ensured I obtained an appointment the same day I called. When the hearing specialist identified my issue, they let me know the ENT doctor would need to make time in his schedule to conduct the procedure. The doctor walked in a few minutes later, was informed of my diagnosis and made himself immediately available to help me. I was so appreciative of their willingness to help. The last person I dealt with as I left seemed disinterested and spoke in a very quiet voice covered by a mask. Everyone else projected their voices, sensitive to the varying levels of hearing difficulties of the patients. This young woman did not seem have that same sensitivity.

I went in for a basic hearing test. I have had 3 in the last 35 years. It seemed that the person doing the test was quite thorough. They may have identified an issue that has been bugging me for 35 years. The next appointment will tell. Although I had to fill out paperwork, the wait for my test was negligible.
