Dr. Kristan Fimbres (Dr. Kris) earned his bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. After completing his clinical externship at West Coast Hearing and Balance, he received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of the Pacific. His graduate research earned awards from both the University of the Pacific and the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Kris provides diagnostic audiological evaluations and cares for both pediatric and adult patients. His clinical interests include advancements in hearing aid technology, vestibular disorders, and aural rehabilitation. He is passionate about working with veterans, helping musicians with hearing loss stay connected to the sounds they love, and empowering patients through education in an increasingly complex information landscape.
Dr. Kris holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is certified in Vestibular Assessment and Management (AIB-VAM) through the American Institute of Balance.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kris enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing guitar, and traveling.
